Payment Policies

Abaroot does not carry any accounts.  We do accept
all major credit cards on most orders.  To place an
order we require a 50% deposit, the balance is due
before shipment or C.O.D.  Additional charges are
added to orders being shipped C.O.D.  On small
orders we may wave the deposit and take final
payment when order is complete.

Returns

Stock orders:  Packaging and shipping charges are
non refundable.
There is a 20% restocking charge on returns.

Custom orders:  Custom orders or non refundable.
Abaroot goals are quality products, prompt delivery,
and reliable customer services.  

Defective merchandise or errors: Please check
your purchase carefully, all claims, including claims of
defective merchandise are waived by purchaser,
unless notified immediately upon receipt of
the goods  ( within 24 hours on shipped orders).

We make sure that every product has the highest
quality material and craftsmanship we do not cut
corners.   Please note: ALL PRODUCTS ARE READY -
TO - FINISH
 WOOD, WE DO NOT PROVIDE
FINISHING.  
Our products are manufactured to
ensure durability and continued performance through
the years.   To ensure that durability you need to put
a sealer on your unfinished product within a few days
of arrival.
Wood will crack if not properly Sealed.  
We stand solidly behind all our architectural wood
products.
